The company of statutory auditors and business consultants, RSM Greece collaborated with Seven Red Lines for the implementation of a Data Analytics project aimed at identifying cross-selling opportunities for a large fuel station operating company abroad.


The team of Seven Red Lines collaborated with executives of the consulting department of RSM Greece to analyze the sales network of the company, in order to identify dominant customer profiles and find opportunities for cross-selling in mini-market products.


A large part of the work involved processing, cleaning, and modeling the client's sales data. Subsequently, both Power BI reports were used to better understand the sales, identify behavior patterns, and Machine Learning algorithms were used to tag baskets and identify opportunities.


The final deliverable was a detailed report on both its sales and possible opportunities for improving profitability based on customer segments. This information will be used for a better understanding of the dynamics and efficiency of the stations and product categories, and will form the basis for targeted business actions whose results can be compared with forecasts.
